Nikki Madden, Owner, Co-Founder
Nikki Madden is the Co-Founder of iComply, where she brings structure to the chaos of contractor licensing and compliance. With a background in business and corporate law, she got her start at the national law firm Ballard Spahr LLP before moving into the fast-paced world of solar and construction licensing.
Over the years, Nikki became the go-to expert for multi-state and local licensing, qualifier management, CE tracking, and regulatory strategy. iComply was launched with the goal of taking that expertise to the next level—helping companies stay compliant, avoid costly delays, and scale with confidence.
The company was born from a conversation with her business partner, Meridith, who recognized a need in the market and knew Nikki had the expertise to meet it. Together, they built iComply to bring clarity, structure, and strategy to licensing and compliance across the country. They believe licensing should be proactive, not reactive—and they built iComply to reflect that.
When she’s not managing licenses across 30+ states, you’ll find Nikki raising her spunky six-year-old, hiking in the Utah mountains, or planning her next concert adventure.
Meridith Oram, Owner, Co-Founder
With nearly a decade of experience in the construction industry as an office assistant, I developed a strong foundation in contractor operations and industry compliance—expertise that transitioned seamlessly into my current role in the solar sector. Since entering the world of licensing in 2024, I’ve been immersed in the complexities of licensing and compliance, learning under the expert mentorship of Nikki, whose guidance has empowered my growth and fueled my passion for the work.
I’m driven to make my mark in the solar industry—especially in a space traditionally dominated by men—by providing streamlined, effective licensing and compliance solutions for individuals and businesses alike.
Outside of work, I’m deeply passionate about cooking and love bringing people together around the table. I also enjoy exploring both the world and our own country—embracing new cultures, cuisines, and experiences wherever I go. That same spirit of adventure is what inspired me to pursue this business opportunity: to stretch myself, grow, and step into something new.
